SAFETY
Delizia Cookers are a guarantee of safety. The thermocouple is a special flame failure device with a built-in magnet that keeps a constant vigil on the gas burners. If the burner flameout for any reason, the thermocouple will cut off the gas supply to avoid gas leakage and the possibility of resulting accidents.

It is the simplest way of preventing overheating of the outside surface of the cooker. The oven compartment is virtuality isolated from the cooker body. So even at high temperatures, the external parts of the cooker remain cold and thus completely safe.
